Fanta sea castle

I started this on the 9/12/15

In this image, I am attempting to make a fantasy castle using pre-existing images of other castles and other medeival buildings.

So far I have atempted to cover up and parts of the original image that had anything modern in them, so I had to get remove cars, signs and scaffolding using the clone stamp tool.

I have also started adding parts of other castles to this image as well as coping parts of this castle and putting them in more places. An example of this would be the the rounded structures with a spire on them.

I have also removed any parts of this image and the other images I used that might have made them recognisable to people in an attempt to make this image look more like a fantasy castle.

The image isn't finished yet, but it should be completed after Christmas and hopefully it will look good.

Alien planet

Finished on 2/12/15

In this image, I created a sci-fi/alien planet where I only used five images.
These five images included a planet, a foggy city, some 3d domes, a girl standing in a sandy beach and the Burj Khalifa (The worlds tallest building). 

In this image I blured the domes to make them look further away. I made the planets in the sky faded out so it looked more realistic. I cut the girl out of the image and then put her back into the image in the same place but on a layer that was above the domes so it looked like the domes were in front of her. There is also some lense flair going on in the image. The image of the city that I used was already very washed out, but I made it look even more washed out so it looked further away. I deleted the background from the Burj Khalifa image I used, so I could place it in my image without any of unessary parts of that image.

Overall, I think I did an ok job at making this alien planet, if I had to improve one thing it would be making the Burj Khalifa look more washed out and further away.
