Alien planet

In this image, I created a sci-fi/alien planet where I only used five images.
These five images included a planet, a foggy city, some 3d domes, a girl standing in a sandy beach and the Burj Khalifa (The worlds tallest building). 

In this image I blured the domes to make them look further away. I made the planets in the sky faded out so it looked more realistic. I cut the girl out of the image and then put her back into the image in the same place but on a layer that was above the domes so it looked like the domes were in front of her. There is also some lense flair going on in the image. The image of the city that I used was already very washed out, but I made it look even more washed out so it looked further away. I deleted the background from the Burj Khalifa image I used, so I could place it in my image without any of unessary parts of that image.

Overall, I think I did an ok job at making this alien planet, if I had to improve one thing it would be making the Burj Khalifa look more washed out and further away.
